MUSHROOMS WITH SULGUNI

Mushrooms with Sulguni
1.75 lbs button mushrooms
11 oz sulguni cheese or mozzarella
3.5 oz butter
Salt to taste
Wash mushrooms and remove stalks, leaving only caps.
Lay the mushroom caps snugly upside down in a pan and sprinkle with salt to taste. Put a dice of butter and sulguni cheese in each cap.
