By participating in the “Chesnok x Suneli Valley Spin-to-Win Giveaway” (the “Promotion”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

This Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

2. Sponsor

The Promotion is sponsored by Merck and Tuluri LLC, doing business as Suneli Valley, based in the United States. This Promotion is held in collaboration with Polina Chesnakova, author of Chesnok, who is actively distributing promotional material at book signing events. However, Chesnakova is not a legal sponsor or administrator of the Promotion.

3. How to Enter

To participate, users must submit a valid email address via the online popup form and spin the virtual prize wheel hosted on sunelivalley.com. Limit one (1) spin per person per device and email address. The Promotion is powered by Klaviyo, and entries may be limited through cookie tracking, IP address, or email validation.

4. Prizes and Odds

Participants will receive a randomly generated discount of 15%, 20%, or 25% off eligible products from Suneli Valley.

  • Prizes are digitally distributed and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

  • Discount codes are valid for single items only, excluding bundles, gift sets, and combo packs.

  • Discounts may be applied to multiple qualifying items in a single transaction.

Odds of receiving a particular discount tier are randomized through third-party popup software and are the same for all entrants.

5. Duration

This Promotion is valid for 60 days following the date of the Chesnok Book Signing Event at which the promotional flyer or QR code was distributed. Suneli Valley reserves the right to extend, modify, or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Email Collection and Marketing Use

By entering your email, you consent to receive marketing communications from Suneli Valley and its parent company, Merck and Tuluri LLC. Emails may include product offers, recipes, event announcements, or newsletters. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each email, per our Privacy Policy.

7. Privacy

All data collected is subject to the Suneli Valley Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information. Your email will be used for promotion tracking, customer communication, and marketing purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

Merck and Tuluri LLC is not responsible for technical failures, misdirected entries, or other malfunctions. By participating, you release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any and all liability arising out of or related to the Promotion.
