Club soda
2 cups - water
1 cup - sugar
6 oz -Tarragon
1 - Lime
1 – Lemon

✔️Thoroughly wash that tarragon and clean the lime and lemon. Pat dry.

✔️Grate a teaspoon of zest from the lime and lemon. Squeeze the juices of both fruits into a cup.

✔️ Using a mortar and pestle muddle the tarragon.

✔️ Place the tarragon, zest, and sugar into a saucepan mixing in the 2 cups of water.

✔️Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.

✔️ Once the syrup comes to a boil, remove it from the heat and let cool to room temperature

✔️Strain the mixture through a fine sieve.

✔️ Pour 2oz of syrup into a cup, 1oz lemon/lime juice, optionally add a sprinkle of chlorophyll, ice, and top off with club soda.

✔️If desired add 1.5oz of Hendricks, and enjoy ❗️
