Club soda

2 cups of water

1 cup of sugar

6 oz of tarragon

1 Lime

1 Lemon

Optional: Hendricks Gin

Directions
Thoroughly wash the tarragon and clean the lime and lemon. Pat dry.
Grate a teaspoon of zest from the lime and lemon. Squeeze the juices of both fruits into a cup.
Using a mortar and pestle, muddle the tarragon.
Place the tarragon, zest, and sugar into a saucepan mixing in the 2 cups of water.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Once the syrup comes to a boil, remove it from the heat and let cool to room temperature, then strain.
Mix 2 oz of syrup with 1oz lemon/lime juice, optionally add chlorophyll, ice, and top off with club soda. If desired, add 1.5oz of Hendricks and enjoy!
