Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number (where available).
You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website to follow your package’s progress.
Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of purchase.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can re-ship it once additional shipping charges are paid.
If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, building management, or your local post office. If you still cannot locate it, contact us and we’ll help however we can within carrier limitations.
