Return Eligibility for Food Products
Because Suneli Valley sells consumable food items, returns are limited for safety and regulatory reasons.
We are unable to accept returns on:

Opened, used, or partially consumed items

Any perishable or consumable food product once it has left our facility

Items not in their original sealed packaging

Items returned without prior approval
However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective in any way, we will replace it or issue a refund immediately.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

To comply with FDA food safety regulations, the following cannot be returned:

All food products (opened or unopened)

Items purchased during a sale or promotion

Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not available for food items.
If there is an issue with your order, we will issue a replacement or refund as needed.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are located in the EU:
You may cancel your order within 14 days of purchase if the food product has not been opened or unsealed.
Unsealed or opened food items cannot be returned for safety reasons.
Incorrect Return Address Warning
Please do not send any returns back without contacting us first.
Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
If a product qualifies for return (e.g., non-food merchandise), we will provide the correct return address and a prepaid label.
