Beef -500 gr
Onion – 1 piece
Garliс - 5 cloves
Adjika Paste -1 tsp
Svanetian salt – 1 tsp
Tomato paste - 100 gr
Utskho suneli - 2 tsp
Cilantro – 100 gr
Parsley – 100 gr
Rice -150gr

Directions

Cut the meat into small cubes and cook over low heat until cooked (it is important that the meat is well-cooked and soft)
Add chopped onion and garlic to broth simmer for 5 minutes, add adjika, cilantro, and tomato paste, and continue to simmer for another 10 minutes.
Take out the finished meat from the broth, filter the broth, pouring it back into the pot, add Svanetian salt and return the meat to the broth and put it on the heat again, add utskho-suneli and let it boil again.
Wash the rice, add it to the broth and cook for another 10 minutes. It is not necessary for the rice to be fully cooked. Add parsley, cilantro, and crushed garlic. Cover the pot with a lid and leave for 3-5 minutes.
